National Programmes

Mountains to Sea Conservation Trust runs four key national programmes: Experiencing Marine Reserves (EMR) which connects people with marine environments through immersive experiences; Whitebait Connection which focuses on freshwater biodiversity and education; Wai Connection which supports community-led waterway restoration initiatives and the Īnanga Spawning Programme which protects and enhances whitebait spawning habitats.
