Changing tomorrow through increasing our capacity

What kind of freshwater and marine environments will children born today inherit? A donation to Mountains to Sea Conservation Trust will help protect Aotearoa New Zealand's precious blue spaces now and in the future.
How your donation will help
A donation to Mountains to Sea Conservation Trust can make a big difference!
You'll be supporting:
-
School programmes to connect children with their local freshwater or marine environment - they'll even create an action plan to protect it!
-
Community experience days (snorkelling, kayaking, riverside planting) so people can understand and protect their local aquatic environment
-
Expert support for catchment groups, environmental organisations, and iwi/hapū across Aotearoa New Zealand who want to learn skills and strategies to protect their local waterways
-
And much more. However much you give, your support will make a huge impact. Please give now!

The fund supports:
-
Long-term crayfish monitoring at Tāwharanui
-
Marine conservation establishment projects, including no-take areas
-
The annual Whangateau Snorkel Day
-
A tri-annual award for early-career individuals contributing to NZ marine conservation and communication
A committee of Roger's colleagues, friends, family, and conservation organisations oversees the fund’s use.
