We offer an exciting opportunity for children aged 8 to 16 years to get outdoors and engage with the environment.
We generally provide 2-3 full days of curriculum-aligned marine and freshwater activities, focusing on helping tamariki learn about the environment firsthand, understand its significance, and discover ways to protect it.

Activities might include a mixture of marine snorkelling experiences, a kayak skills course, freshwater investigations, and a crafting session. Tamariki will learn about coastal biodiversity, the wildlife that inhabits the fresh and marine environments, conservation initiatives, snorkelling skills such as duck diving, and kayaking skills.
Why people enjoy it
To engage in experiential learning of the environment that aligns to both literacy and numeracy requirements from ECE right through to Year 13.
Age range
For children aged 8 to 16 years.
A low/medium level of fitness is required for these days, but we try to accommodate all fitness types.
